The University of Saskatchewan Students’ Union (USSU) is holding a By-Election for USSU President, and Members of Student Council. Voting begins at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 17, and ends at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2018. Results will be announced after the Election Committee ratifies the results and will also be available online.
Vote by logging in to PAWS and clicking on the “VOTE” tab (alongside your Home, Academics, Campus Life, and other tabs). You will need your Network Services ID (NSID) and password to access your ballot. If you don’t know your NSID, or cannot log in to PAWS, please contact the Help Desk.

USC is comprised of the Students’ Union Executive and Members of Students’ Council representing each college and an additional Councillor for colleges with more than 1,000 students enrolled. There are also seats for representatives for International and Indigenous students.
USC makes all major decisions for the Students’ Union. These decisions are then carried out by the Executive. The Executive members chair committees of USC, which include both Councilors and representatives appointed from the student body (Students-at-Large or SAL).
USC meetings are held weekly from September to April – all USSU members are welcome to attend. Meetings are held Thursday evenings at 6:00 p.m. in the Roy Romanow Student Council Chamber, located on the main floor of Place Riel.
