
Designated Parking Program
If students do not receive a parking space after applying to the Student Parking Sale, they may be eligible for the Designated Parking Program. This program was developed to allow parking access for students who are deemed to have an exceptional need.
2025 – 2026 Student Parking Sale Dates
May 1, 8:00 am to Aug. 21, 4:30 pm | Sale applications are accepted in PAWS |
Aug. 24, 8:00 am | Sale results are posted in PAWS |
Aug. 25, 8:30 am to Sept. 5, 4:30 pm | Allocated permits available for purchase and pickup |
Students who require parking because of exceptional circumstances may apply to the Designated Parking Program only after they have been unsuccessful in the online sale. It is mandatory for all students to apply for the online sale before qualifying for the Designated Parking Program. Lots will not be upgraded.
Out-of-town students are not eligible for this program.

Keep in mind that there are alternative transportation methods, such as U-Pass (the universal bus pass). Active transportation (such as biking or walking) is also an excellent way to save money and help the environment.
