You have submitted your U-Pass opt-out application for the 2024 Winter Term.

Next steps:

1. Your opt-out application will be reviewed in the order it was received, normally within two business days.
2. If all the information needed to review your application is received and meets the eligibility requirements, your opt-out application will be approved and sent to Student Accounts to have the fee removed/credited to your account. This can take up to five business days.
3. If you didn’t submit all the required supporting documents or information, we will email you asking for that information and then once we receive it, we will continue reviewing your application.
4. Your opt-out application will be rejected if you don’t meet the eligibility requirements.
