Louis’ Kitchen Manager

The University of Saskatchewan Students’ Union is searching for enthusiastic applicants with a passion for food and strong competencies who want to be part of an innovative, exciting food service operation.

Reporting to the Louis’ Food & Beverage Manager, this position is responsible for the entire operation of Louis’ and Louis’ Loft kitchens and all catering offerings. Key accountabilities include menu development, hiring, staff training, scheduling, supervision, inventory, and month-end reporting. The manager will also be responsible for overall control of all costs associated with the food service operation.

Riipen Level UP

University of Saskatchewan Students’ Union has received funding from Riipen Level UP. The Level UP program (powered by Riipen) allows employers to bring on Canadian post-secondary students for 80-hour paid projects. Students are paid a $1400 CAD stipend with the completion of the project by Riipen.
