University Students’ Council shall meet not less than once in each calendar month with the exception of April, May, June, July, August and December.

Additional meetings may be called at the request of the President or upon the request of one third of the councillors and submitted in writing to the Executive

Audio recordings of the meetings will be available the day following the meeting

Minute Packages of the meetings will be available after being approved at the subsequent meeting

Archives of previous year’s meetings including agendas, minutes and reports.

As USSU executives, we present reports on our accountabilities to the University Council. We look forward to using these reports to bring awareness for our undergraduate student community on our many initiatives.
